How to submit an application
Submit a signboard application form along with two onsite photographs, a street map showing the site, a satellite photo/aerial map if available, and a $500 processing fee to:

To facilitate processing, take at least one photo facing north that shows railroad tracks in relation to the signboard site. NS will decide on applications within 30 days of receipt.
